Dr. DiGenova looks forward to helping his patients get well as quickly as possible by correcting the root cause of the problem, and not just treating the symptoms.  Whether you are an athlete looking to maximize performance or return to competition; or merely seeking to improve your daily functional abilities that you have lost, Dr. DiGenova’s problem-focused treatment approach enables many patients to enjoy a longer lasting, and in many cases, permanent relief from their condition.  Dr. DiGenova also enjoys giving health care seminars to various occupational and sports organizations, especially martial arts.

Dr. DiGenova has a passion for martial arts.  He began studying Taekwondo and Hapkido in 1987 and is currently a 5th Degree Blackbelt under the World Taekwondo Federation (www.wtf.org; www.usa-taekwondo.us).  Dr. DiGenova is also a certified Taekwondo coach under the USA Taekwondo organization; he has also coached and trained state and national level athletes.  He has medaled in local, state, national qualifiers, and national tournament competitions.  Dr. DiGenova has been teaching Taekwondo since he was 14 years old under the leadership of other Grandmasters (9th Degree Blackbelts), and has had his own school in Largo, FL.  Currently, Dr. DiGenova teaches Taekwondo for the World Martial Arts Institute (www.wmaiusa.com) under Dr. Grandmaster Kyung Ho Park, 9th Degree Blackbelt, in Naperville, IL.
