Dr. LeeAnn Steinfeldt was inspired at a very young age to pursue a career as a Chiropractic Physician.  She became impassioned with the desire to practice alternative medicine following a life changing accident involving her family.   Their health was restored through chiropractic care administered for multiple injuries sustained in a major motor vehicle accident.
 
Dr. Steinfeldt began her educational endeavors at Saint Xavier University in Chicago, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree.  In addition to her studies, she taught chemistry and biology in at the Merrick Institute, and worked at the Ludden Speech and Language clinic.  She was honored by receiving the student of the year award in 2001 for her altruism.
 
After obtaining her Bachelors of Science degree she began her graduate studies at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.  While pursuing her education in chiropractic she was a personal tutor in Anatomy, Physiology, Chiropractic technique, and Neurology. She became certified in meridian acupuncture during graduate studies.  Clinical Internship was spent, in part, on rotation at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elgin, IL as well as at National University of Health Science.  Dr. Steinfeldt has always had an enthusiastic interest for athletics, participating in collegiate softball, coaching and participating in softball leagues in the Lombard Community.
 
Her ardent interest in Neurological specialty continues as she pursues classes offered through the Carrick Institute to obtain her Diplomate in Neurology.  She has a passion for sports injury, nutrition and Neurology.  She enhances the quality of health by providing custom nutritional analysis, chiropractic rehabilitation, acupuncture, and neurologic assessment.
